HOLIDAY SHIPPING DETAILS
Please note the following order cut off days for delivery prior to December 25th. Any order placed on or before these days will ship to arrive on or before 12/24. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for delays during shipping due to the time of year (high shipping volumes) or weather, etc once the package has left our warehouse.

U.S. SHIPPING
Orders ship from Seattle, Washington. We ship Monday - Friday and do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Typically shipments are processed within 1 business day from when you place your order. Please note our shipping cut off time of 11:00AM Pacific Time. Any order placed before 11AM should ship the same day, orders placed after this time will likely ship out the following business day.
We collect taxes on orders placed in the state of Washington. Orders shipping outside of Washington will not be charged US Sales Tax.
All orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Free shipping for orders over $100 will ship either USPS or UPS based on the location we are shipping to and the item purchased.
Our orders ship from Seattle, WA. If you need a specific shipping carrier or have a deadline to receive your items please contact us prior to placing your order. We use Fedex SmartPost for most free shipping orders, which can take 6-8 business days to arrive to some East Coast locations.
Tracking numbers are emailed once the order has been shipped. Please note that orders placed during sale periods or holidays may incur an additional 1-2 business days to be processed.
SHIPPING TO A HOTEL
We understand that sometimes it is advantageous to ship your order to a hotel. Let the hotel know you will be receiving a package and ask how they would like the package to be addressed. In most cases, the displayed shipping times shown are estimates. They are not a guarantee. Please allow an additional 2 days when shipping to a hotel. Due to their internal processing, you may not receive the package the day it arrives.
If your order arrives after you have departed, the return of the product is your responsibility. Most hotels will refuse shipments for guests who have checked out, but this is not guaranteed. Refused shipments are often a slow process with the carrier and may take up to 3 weeks to arrive back to the sender. Check with your hotel to determine their policy.
Any refund will only be issued once the product has arrived back at Blueseventy.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer a local distributor for most international regions to allow customers to shop without being subject to high international shipping and custom duties. We highly recommend you shop through your regional distributor if possible.
Customers are responsible for all import/customs duties for international shipments. In addition the customer is responsible for all shipping on any warranty issue, return or exchange. The high cost of international shipping means we cannot cover any international shipping if you have an issue with your product. This is why we recommend shopping through the regional distributor if possible.
Please note that any shipped order which is refused by the customer due to cost of duties / taxes and returned to us will be refunded less the cost of any return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee. Please check what your expected duties will be prior to placing an order.
International orders ship UPS Worldwide Expedited or USPS Priority International.
Orders placed during sale periods or holidays may incur an additional 1-2 business days to be handled.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

For orders shipping outside the USA please note that all returns are at the cost of the customer, no refund will be paid for shipping or duties on an item.
