Thermal Swim Gloves

Our thermal gloves are designed for swimming. Thin and flexible, 2mm super stretch, neoprene is paired with a warming metal cell liner to limit water absorption and maximize warmth. Designed for swimmers, these gloves are thinner than diving or surfing neoprene gloves so that you can still feel the water and flex your fingers as you swim. We made the choice to sacrifice a bit of warmth in order to keep as natural a feel for the water and to avoid the "swimming with bricks on your hands" feeling.
These gloves are great when the water temperature drops into the chilly range and you need that extra protection and warmth.
Available in 2 sizes.

Seem to be very good!
Thermal Swim Gloves L
Excellent construction. The large size was just too small for my hands. I returned them without any difficulty. Thank you.

Great for cold plunges
Thermal Swim Gloves L
These gloves are a must have for my cold plunges in the PNW. My hands never seem to quite acclimate to the cold water (it's between 45 and 60 degrees here) and it creates an uncomfortable nerve sensation up my arms. These gloves provide just enough warmth to counteract that sensation so I can put my hands in the water.

Staying warm in 56F water
Thermal Swim Gloves L
Im a Blue 70's guy from head to toe. I made my local traning swim yesterday air temps of 62F with overcast and water temps of 56F. My wetsuit, gloves and hood was priceless and made it more then bareable and after about the first 200 yards I was good other then my face and feet were knumb by the end. I just placed an order for my boots this morning. As a point I also use the gloves for bike training. Blue 70 rocks. From ordering, pricing, customer service (knowlegable staff ---- that answers the phone)-- (not emial hell), to incrediable products. I would have saved a lot of time and money if I would have purchased them first. But I didn't I made a price based decsions and I was wrong and missable. Learn from my mistakes and pay that little bit more and enjoy the quality.

These gloves really work!
Thermal Swim Gloves L
I bought these gloves to extend my open water swimming season in Montana. Water were dropping below 60 so I thought they would help me keep warm. They worked great and felt great. Last swim was in the 55 degree range and my hands stayed warm.

Essential Dive Gear
Thermal Swim Gloves L
I'm on my second pair of these gloves. I'm a spearo and freediver on the North Shore in New England, USA and I dive all year round. I have not gotten in the water without these gloves in over 2.5 years. I use them as a base layer under a pair of cut resistant kevlar gloves and depending on the season will layer either SharkSkin water sport gloves, 3 to 5mm neoprene gloves, or 7mm mittens over those two base layers. The fit is great on these gloves and they slip right under the kevlar gloves with ease, making for a perfect base-layer combination in the coldest and warmest conditions. The quality is great and they are actually quite durable if you pair them with a kavlar over-glove. Can't recomend these enough!

Take some getting use to
Thermal Swim Gloves S
It's just me, but without the feel of the water I feel unnatural in the water. The gloves do keep my hands warm, but I need to adjust to swimming while wearing them.

The small size was too...
Thermal Swim Gloves S
The small size was too big for my small hands. The gloves had a really nice fit while dry, but stretched a bit and carried a lot of water when wet. They did hold in some warmth, which was nice. For those with small hands like me, they could be used as a resistance training tool.

It was a nice day, so I didn’t use the gloves yet, so I don’t actually know how to rate them.

comfort and warmth
Thermal Swim Gloves L
I was surprised at how well the gloves kept my hand warm and comfortable. I was able to use my stopwatch while wearing them and not freeze.

Good fit; would fit larger hand with longer fingers
Thermal Swim Gloves S
Haven’t used in water here in Canada. I could get an ice axe I guess.

A bit thin and tight
Thermal Swim Gloves S
A bit difficult to put on and take off and they aren't as warm as a different pair I have.

I thought these would be warmer and wouldn’t allow water in. I’m wearing them under another surfing glove for water in the high 50’s.

Good Fit
Thermal Swim Gloves S
These fit better than other brands I've tried (small/female). I am hoping they can stand up to the cold water swims I have planned in Alaska in September. :)
