It’s that time of year!  Holiday parties, treats and sweets around every corner to go with your eggnog lattes.  We recently caught up with blueseventy athletes, Rebecca and Laurel Wassner who publish Athlete Food, a staple in our recipe cupboard. 


We asked them to take some of their favorite training fuel recipes and give them a fun and festive twist for Christmas...and maybe even a little indulgent.  It is the holidays after all!  Enjoy!


Holiday Gluten-Free Pancakes

Holiday Splash:  Cook the pancakes using your favorite holiday cookie cutters!

Sleigh All Day Avocado Toast
Holiday Splash:  Top with diced red peppers, hot red pepper flakes, or pomegranate seeds. 

Crispy Sunflower Donut Cake

Holiday Splash:  Shape them into a donut and top with butter cream frosting.
