Athlete news: Naeth wins Honu 70.3- Pereira 3rd in London and blueseventy first out of the water

This week we have a 70.3 champion and a crowd of first out of the water performances.

Angela Naeth (CAN) is having a stellar season and was crowned Champion at Honu 70.3 on the Big Island of Hawaii. 

Fellow Canadian and blueseventy athlete Melanie McQuaid (CAN) finished 3rd.  Christine Hammond (USA) from the Timex Multisport Team placed 5th and was first out of the water in the Women's race.

 

At San Francisco's Escape From Alcatraz- Sara McLarty (USA) led the women out of the Bay.  Radka Vodickova (Czech) finished 4th and Leanda Cave (GBR) finished 5th.

 

In London at the ITU WTS sprint event, Joao Pereira (POR) placed 3th on the men's side.  Stellar result for the young man from portugal.

 

New blueseventy triathletes racing on ITU events, Taylor Spivey (USA) and Hunter Lussi (USA) were first out of the water at the ITU Pan American Championships event in Dallas.

 

Eric Limkemann (USA) was first out of the water at 70.3 Raleigh.  Eric faded to 4th at the finish and another blueseventy athlete Paul Ambrose (AUS) finished on his heels in 5th.

 

Our own Tyler Clark (blueseventy swim sales) was first out of the water at the Rev3 Quassy Olympic distance race.
