Lucy Gossage (GBR) won Ironman Lanzarote, finished the swim 2nd, only to be overtook much later on the run – awesome result and Lucy should have earned her way to be in Kona having finished 2nd in Ironman South Africa earlier in the year and having won Ironman Wales last September. Joel Jameson (GBR) was 4th on the men's side.
At Ironman 70.3 Barcelona Camilla Pedersen (DEN) showed great form winning in 4:36. Hard to digest that Camilla was in a coma after an accident just several months ago - she has come back truly amazing.
