Chrissie Wellington signs with blueseventy

blueseventy are delighted to announce resigning the 2007 Ford Ironman World Champion; Chrissie Wellington. In 2007 Chrissie was one of over 600 athletes to wear the blueseventy pointzero3 during the Ford Ironman World Championship. “I wanted the fastest thing I could get my hands on, and blueseventy had the goods” stated the 31 year old. Chrissie is a member of the popular Team Bike Boutique and only changed her Age Group status to a Professional after winning the Age Group World Championships in Lausanne in 2006. She has been with blueseventy since the start of her professional triathlete career. Chrissie is from the UK but travels extensively with her team mates to benefit from the best weather training conditions possible. If it is a wetsuit swim Chrissie will be wearing the new 2008 helix TST wetsuit during her next race - the Panthers Ironman Australia in Port Macquirie on the 6th of April 2008.
