Blueseventy warranty for the nero swimskins
At blueseventy we are very proud of our nero swimskins and we are delighted that you have decided to purchase what we believe to be the world’s fastest competitive racing suit. Your nero suit is a fragile piece of highly tuned and tested apparel designed to make you swim faster and we are aware that it needs to be fitted and treated with great care and respect. Please take the time to read the “General Care” section in our FAQ’s that will not only increase the life of the suit, but also keep you swimming ahead of the competition.
The nero is extremely durable when compared to other similar products. General expectation is 25 swims, however proper care and sizing can extend the life of the suit. We expect all suits to last approximately one regular race season. We stand behind any production defects to our products. So, we ask that you take the time to fully inspect the nero swimskin before trying the suit on and removing the hand tag.
Any unused nero suit found to have a manufacturers defect must be returned in its original packaging, with the hand tag in place and proof of purchase for an automatic replacement.
After any water use or removal of the hand tag from the nero suit, blueseventy reserves the right to inspect the suit to determine if the suit damage is indeed a manufacturing defect.
Our top tips to reduce seam stress on the nero are:
- Be careful putting the suit on, or taking it off.
- Ease the suit on, working it gradually up the leg, body and over the shoulders.
- Take care and get someone to help you with the zipper.
Please note, any suit fitted outside of the blueseventy sizing guidelines can lead to over-stress on the fabric and threads used in stitching, and may invalidate any warranty claims.
If in the rare event that blueseventy finds that your nero swimskin did actually have a manufacturers defect after water use then we reserve the right to offer one of the following:
- With an original receipt and within 30 days of purchase, blueseventy will replace the swimskin.
- With an original receipt and within 90 days of purchase, blueseventy will repair the suit up to a value of £45.00.
